I won't lie, it looks good. I know people will be angry and say this is not Star Trek, but instead consider that you cannot simply forget about the 4 year war that the Federation had to go through before achieving peace. remember before all that diplomacy and discovery the klingons declared war on the federation.

Both videos are not available in my country. Oh well, I just started watching DS9 again, 175 episodes or so to go, I'm good for the rest of the year. I wouldn't mind some exploration sci-fi though.

I saw this earlier. Honestly, it's kind of meh. It's looks like more silly space wars bullshit. Nothing new or interesting, and already done better over a decade ago. The Klingons look stupid too.

The Orville looks like it'll offer something new and entertaining. Altogether better. It will probably last a lot longer too.

The Orville looks like another Galaxy Quest, and we all know how fast Fox likes to cancel science/scifi stuff.

I kind of never got into Star Trek cause you know, i'm not an old fart and I wouldn't even know where to watch the entire series. But this looks pretty boring compared to what I saw of the OG.
