personally i cant play against d3, but thats a personal thing. as far as cheap, its easily meta. he has a few minor counters (easily overcome by skill), a few ties, and a lot of wins. no one else has such small margins of defeat.

Pikachu's lightening can getty pretty frustrating. When ur above the top of the screen with basically no % and you get hit, you will die : (

Pit and ROB. Metaknight too if youre really good with him.
