Some of the games you listed, like the TimeSplitters games, are on the GameCube though.

Xbox. After that, I dumped my ps2 and my GameCube was only used for exclusives. I never owned a Dreamcast as it didn't have a library I cared for.

Well DC was great but so short lived and I feel Gamecube is the one console people know the most about especially if they have to name exclusives.

Xbox always get the simple list of games like Halo 1-2/Fable/KOTR/Jade Empire/Morrowing/half life 2/Doom 3 but it had so many other classics and many sega games and that's why it is my favourite of those three:
                                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                
                                                                                     
                                                                                      

Yeah, the Xbox had a ton of great Japanese games, it really makes me wish that the One did as well.

GameCube for me. If there was one defining moment/game I'd have to say it's because it had Eternal Darkness. Still my favorite game of all time, and it was really the first game to me that showed me what a video game could truly be; an all inclusive experience that takes you on an adventure and puts the player in the driver seat more than any other media in the world can.

I'm curious Miguel, as to what makes the XB/DC have that the GC doesn't? Or are you just talking about launch titles?

The Dreamcast gets my vote for best console, thats purely just the machine itself. Its probably my favourite console design ever.

The Xbox had the better controller out of these three as it was functionally identical to the DS2 controller.

Gamecube had the best selection of games though so thats the real winner.

PS2 beats all three though

xbox, Nintendo is babe but og xbox was my first experience outside the Nintendo bubble. My first games were a pack of Dead or Alive 3, Ninja Gaiden, Halo CE, Fable and Max Payne... pure epicness.

Gamecube got a lot of the dreamcast games ported, but if we were to disclude that fact, I'd say dreamcast ;o.

in the short life of it we got awesome titles like Skies of Arcadia, Sonic Adventure 1 + 2, Shenmue (never played it), etc. If Sega hadn't boned so hard with their previous consoles it would've imo did better than both eckbok and Gamecube. That being said the PS2 is king :P.
