ARMS could beat Tekken 7 in Japan AND the US, I don't expect it do do the same in Europe because Tekken is far more popular here than in the US but still it'll be interesting to see the combined FW sales of the two fighting games

It's not easy, but I can see ARMS doing 250k FW in US. I'm curious to find out.
