Yeah, it's going to take a few days for Amazon to settle back to normal, the Xbox in particular had a crazy Prime day sale (it's also why the Oculus rift is so high as well).

Whether that will remain true once the people who wanted one day one and still haven't been able to find one remains to be seen, but it's still impressive that the PS4 is doing so damned well in it's fourth year with seemingly no impact on its sales from the switch. While personally I don't think the Switch will do ps4's numbers (except in Japan) they will coexist quite well, I think, especially for those, like me, who use their ps4's as the TV console and the switch as a handheld and travel console.

Exactly. And it's great to see. Switch doing great numbers but having zero effect on the PS4. Xbox on the other hand is having a terrible 2017. It's clear to see what 2 consoles will co-exist best. 

Unfortunate. XBox has been helping to spearhead some stuff that's good for the industry.

Yeah, it's going to take a few days for Amazon to settle back to normal, the Xbox in particular had a crazy Prime day sale (it's also why the Oculus rift is so high as well).

The Rift got a $400 price for the whole summer.

Hey does anyone know if the PS4 pro went on sale during Amazon prime day? I checked at one point and it wasn't, but I just saw it at $394 today, which is odd.

I come to this site to basically check numbers for this record breaking console gen. Turning out to be the time of the greatest gaming the worlds ever seen. Seeing the Japanese consoles reaching great numbers is exciting. It's equally exciting to see Rob5VGC and his passion of Kingdom Hearts.

I fell asleep when 1.5+2.5 was at 33 about 8 hours ago then I come back and its still in the same spot. Dat hold. 2.8 LE was at 60 at the time, but it's at 70 now. Dat lesser hold, but still a good hold. Nice.

Software sales consoles.  It's not surprising really.
