When are the Splatfests? I'm working today, tomorrow and Sunday, so I'm not sure if I can make it.

Is the America Eastern time on the 16th or 17th? Not sure if it runs the same time here in Australia (8am 16th July / 14 hours ahead / Basically in 24hrs from this post it starts )
