Wouldn't really look at the set up tbh as I remember a leaked ND that was on an excel spreadsheet that turned out to be legit what says fake to me is the Pokemon part as I'm pretty sure we've seen the Star title in prior rumours and I doubtful they'd drop the two versions approach.
