Forums - Nintendo - Resident Evil 7, Metal Gear Solid V and PT designer now with Nintendo EPD

Jordan Amaro previously worked at the likes of Capcom and Kojima Productions. Between both companies, he worked on Resident Evil 7, Metal Gear Solid V, and the cancelled P.T. as a level designer.

News is spreading that Amaro has joined Nintendo, which seems to have taken place earlier this year. He’s with Nintendo EPD’s Kyoto section. As for what he’s contributing to, Amaro is involved with design on what could be an unannounced Switch game or Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s DLC.

But they are!

If you demand respect or gratitude for your volunteer work, you're doing volunteering wrong.

It's obvious that he's part of the Metroid Prime team, all the games he worked on had at least sections of horror atmosphere, one of the key features of Metroid games
