It's been a while since I played it. Most of the early plans you can get if you're willing to go into higher level parts of velen/novigrad. Novigrad is part of velen btw. It's just a matter of getting past the bridges.

Oh yeah I know Novigrad is a part of Velen, the northern part, I've already got a pass for the bridge, got the fake pass and gave it to the guard, he accepted it, and I'm free to travel back and forth, but I'm not planning on going up north until I'm higher level, and I still have a ton of things to do down in Velen too.

Well, it's kind of weird how the areas are leveled because some spots will have an lvl 30 enemy while the area in general is lvl 5. I had a little trick for making back tracking to a high lvl ? easier. Just save before you approach a ? so if the enemies are too powerful then just reload the save so it goes back to a ?. It's how I would explore the map and make it easier to come back when you're strong enough. The velen/novigrad area is the one I do that with because it's a huge area widely different leveled areas on the map. By the way, it's worth getting the DLCs for this game because they're pretty good and expand on what you can do with your character.

Also, the PS4 fighting game that Arika is making got a ton of new screenshots:

Looks interesting to say the least.

Me! I'm actually super excited for this, lol.

Also your post with the fighting game screenshots, what's the deal with them? There's like four of each, but they look slightly different... is it showcasing some sort of effects on the characters? o.O

I assume so. But you know what, what's most important is that SKULLOMANIA IS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, some enemy levels seem to be a little off in areas, like higher than they should be, like I was at an abandoned site filled with Lv. 9 drowners, no problem whatsoever, but then literally down the road, as in you could actually see the place from where I was stood, a bandit camp and they're all Lv. 16, and I'm like oh that's quite the increase... still managed to do it though, played it Dark Souls style lol :P

Also I have the Game of the Year edition, which comes with all the DLC, I want to give Toussaint a run around, but the recommended level is 35+ so I'd get destroyed, lol.

I kinda like that the dlc is more tailored towards later in the game. What difficulty are you playing on?

Oh I'm only playing on Sword And Story, so basically just normal difficulty, I always do for my first playthrough of games, although if I ever want to revisit the game when I'm done and play through it again, I'll be going Death March for sure... some enemies can still be a pain in the arse though. especially groups of enemies attacking from all directions.

They're not so bad once you start to specialize into a playstyle and learn some tricks for some enemies. I just cast igni on a group and focus on one of them while the others burn. There's a new game plus but it's harder and everything from witcher gear, gear in general and enemies are more powerful than the standard game. You keep your level, skils and most of your recipes for alchemy/bombs which is really nice. I think the game is really showcases how it good it really is on harder difficulty because it forces you to optimize your character into builds instead of being a jack of all trades. I don't recommend doing death march in new game plus.... I did. It's alot harder than dark souls in a lot of ways. I had to be really cheap to get past some fights.

If anyone is interested in Undertale on PS4, preorders are now available for it;
https://www.fangamer.com/products/undertale-ps4-vita

Is it going to be a limited release? I see it say Collector's Edition, but I'm not sure if that means that it'll be only available for a short time.

This theme actually looks pretty cool! You can get it by pre-ordering Undertale for the PS4:

I turned my PS4 off for longer this time, like ten minutes, turned it back on and everything was fine and dandy... finished the quest, although had a difficult choice, no good with multiple choices because I always wonder "But what if it was the wrong choice and I regret it?"... oh well, fuck it.

Also yeah that theme does look cool, shame it doesn't come with the physical edition, wonder if they'll throw a code in the box for anyone that preordered lol.

Yeah, I'd hope that the theme comes with a physical copy too, but I'm not expecting them to do that.

Does anyone here prefer using the media remote on their PS3, instead of the Dualshock? I know my mom does! Well, today sees the release of the new media remote, for those of you who are interested!! It features a sleeker, more compact design:
