Well, I hope you enjoy your stay here!! Also, thanks poklane for the E3 floor info!
So, I finally got to adding the leaderboard!! It doesn't look as good as I'd like it to unfortunately, so if anyone can help I'd appreciate it!
SNK Heroines Tag Team Frenzy got a 10 minute gameplay trailer. And since I'm a sucker for Mai Shiranui (maybe my #2 in gaming, who knows ) This game is coming out on the PS4 later this year, though unfortunately the only way to get it physically on PS4 is by getting the Special Edition.
Got DW9 bought season pass awell, the map is huge, love the changes so far, feels a bit overwhelming so far but also enjoy that I can play it in chinese ^^'. I am only scared of the idea that you can lose terrain, was idle for ten minutes and saw that enemies were conquering each other's terrain =p.

I'm playing it now. I became a really huge fan after I've played Hyrule Warriors and tried almost every Dynasty Warriors game in the existence. So I was really excited about DW9. And I think it's a disgrace of a game. It tooks everything that made Dynasty Warriors games great and destroy them. What's the point of the open world? Tons of.... emptiness to go to one fight to another. The "open world" in this game is basically taking a Dynasty Warriors standard map and spread it because of... reasons. Enemies are few and far between. Instead of taking advantage of a more powerful hardware to make the game more action-pased and "fill" the empty areas of the previous games, they just went with the opposite route. I think that's just baffling and shocking. I think it's another example of a game/franchise destroyed by the "open world" fashion.
More hilarious things about this game. Hunting. Is it like a shallow excuse to make the game open? I mean, what's fun about shooting arrows to a tiger until it dies? Battles lost the sense of scale and epicness. They're just throw in there between a painfully long time of horse riding. Sieges are pointless when you can basically use a hook to jump through walls. It's a baffling design decission.
Sorry if I sound too harsh, I get that some people are enjoying this game, and I really understand you might appreciate it. But my take on it is just disheartening, I can't do anything about that xD. I just feel this DW9 is a terrible mistake, and they still have time to undo it. I feel I'll still play DW8 or FE:W for a long time, but I feel DW9 will just... die.
so im playing Mass Effect Andromeda and its much better than people let it out to be. im really enjoying it, it has its ups and downs, and certainly has a few bad things. but honestly its a very fun and good game. still havent finished it, but im enjoying it a lot. im maybe 20 hours in it already.

Well I love the open world approach (so far) did you try DQ heroes 2? It's one of my favourite warriors game.

Yeah, I've played both of them and I'm planning to double-dip on the Switch (if the games actually are well optimized, which sadly doesn't seem to be the case as right now). I think they blended perfectly the frantic pace of Warriors games with a fine approach to the DQ RPG elements. Love both of them, and I think they're vastly underrated like every Warriors games in existence (except for DW6 which was bad xD).
I sadly can't feel the same about DW9, which I feel is a shallow soulless game. I just can't enjoy the open world approach when there's not anything that justifies it. At least that's how I feel about it, it seems to be pretty divisive in that sense. Also, I think they did some egregious things with characters' more iconic weapons. And I'm PRETTY sure that they'll plan to release them as DLC.
Well, on the bright side I discover Warframe this week (weird, huh?). I remember about this because I was watching the YT video review of DW9 by Jim Sterling (which I pretty much agree with). And, well, I think it's a really fine game! I might spend a few hours into it.
