Do you guys think the same will be possible with the SNES mini? I mean Snes games are larger in size, but then again the memory capacity in the snes mini must be larger as well..

Yes, I think the SNES Mini will be hacked, too. Though Nintendo will probably try to make it much harder than it was with the NES Mini.

OR.....  Get a Raspberry Pi for half the price and call it a day.
