Is that even a serious question ?PS3 kills it in both.
Both have potential great games, but its the PS3 that has the safe bet heavy hitters like MGS GT and Resistance, 360 just has Gears.
PS3 vs 360 in 08.
Top Game: Gears of War 2 vs MGS4
potential bomb-game: Too Human vs Haze.

interesting idea King.....what would you think the most risky sequel in terms of quality would be for each Console?
I would call it Killzone 2 and BK 3.
Was just trying to see if there were any other parallels between the two lists.

Except for the fact that over 30+ of the games can be bought on PC?
ps3 obviously. Its so far sold more and it probably will continue to in 2008 and there are several exclusives coming to ps3 while the xbox 360 has GOW 2, Too Human, Alan Wake and a few more and several of the 360's exclusives will also be on PC.

hmm, I am going to agree with BK3, not to say it won't be a great game, it's just that BK3 is so far from Microsoft's main demographics, they just won't play it. I was fearing the same for R&C on PS3, but i'm glad it will make 1 million.
On PS3 side, I have to go with Merceniary 2. That game disappeared for half a year and it killled the hype.
As for K2, I don't see it doing that well, depends on its release date, if it's after R2, it's as good as dead. if it's before R2 and it plays well, it might get over 1.6 million. Frankly, it all depends on how Sony hypes 2 of their most expensive FPS game this year. Nobody can deny that K2 looks great, it will sell a few 100K just base on that.

PS3 - i want metal gear solid 4, bumpy trot 2, white knight story, disgaea 3, little big planet, last remnant
360 - I want gears of war 2, banjo kazooie 3, ninja gaiden 2, too human, infinite undiscovery, last remnant, tales of vesperia, Alan Wake, Fable 2
The 360 will have some great games this year, but the ps3 has the most hyped games.
Sales wise, the ps3 has been winning and will continue until......who knows.
