There's too much moderation on this site, as always.

Agreed. It seems like there are as many moderators as members. I understand that open hateful insults to other members are going too far, but being punished for saying what you think about a game company seems to be going too far. I never insult other members. I do criticize game companies when I feel it is right though. I do so in defense of other game players on here, that I feel the big game companies are taking advantage of, but they misunderstand me. I'm not personally insulting anyone.

I really think that less moderators and more writers, creators, and especially staff to update the charts more often is what is needed.

I honestly didn't think your past thread deserved to be locked despite disagreeing with your stance on Nintendo not having a traditional E3 conference.

Yet NN won with a 25 minute to the point video soo ... what's your point?

If my letter doesn't explain my point, I don't know what to say.

Thanks! And I was indeed more impressed by Nintendo than I expected. I plan to write on that soon.

Axumblade you are so heartless :P

It actually was hurtful to me. I put myself out there and got nothing back.

Like I said in the post that I got moderated for, you are not a troll, you honestly don't know any better. Asperger syndrome sheds some light on it. The important thing about it that you didn't mention yourself is that people with Asperger syndrome have brains that are differently "wired", so any form of interactions between humans can be troublesome to understand. Not because people with Asperger are stupid, but because they aren't gifted with the same recognition skills to pick up on tone in language, gestures etc.

You are repeatedly at odds with large parts of the community, but there are things that you can work on. The two most important points are:

1. You must be honest to yourself and recognize that you are biased in your judgment. Your bias is pro-Sony, anti-Nintendo and anti-Microsoft. This is why you criticize Nintendo and Microsoft hard, but give Sony a lot of leeway. You may have a strong sense of what is right and wrong, but your bias clouds your judgment. It's evident to everyone here, including Sony fans. Your judgment is not fair.

2. A rather easy way to keep things under control when you write threads or posts is to put more emphasis on questions instead of statements. You don't want that people get angry at you and that starts with what and how you post. Whether you write a thread title and original post as "Nintendo is cheap" or "Is Nintendo cheap?" makes a huge difference in tone. The former comes across as aggressive which is why there will be quick retaliation on you as a person. The latter comes across as a topic that is open for discussion where a conclusion has yet to be drawn; this will draw much more modest responses and therefore you won't find yourself under heavy attack right from the start.

If you truly have the Asperger syndrome, you should already be familiar with having difficulty to interpret other people's tone correctly and that you don't have the ability to get along with other people by trying to use the same methods as "normal" people. What someone with Asperger can do, however, is to memorize how other people behave based on what you yourself do, so by means of logic you can achieve a result that is pretty close to how the majority of humans interact with each other.

A+

I agree with Rol, wording is important since that can lead us to read a sentence in different tones, which can mean a huge difference when you want people to accept criticism.

I mentioned this point about wording in the thread that got locked, but then I was criticized about about how that was okay because nothing about wording is against forum rules.

Also good on you OP for being open with us

Fixed the OP.

I think it's rather nice that you are so open with it and about yourself. I think what Rol has typed up will be very beneficial to you.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

Out of curiosity (assuming that your comments were made before the Nintendo Spotlight, how do you feel now about the content of the direct?

I am actually going to do a big E3 thread very soon. Probably tomorrow. I will have my thoughts on Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft.

I literally can't think of any user on this site where this statement doesn't fit, as long as you switch up the company names.
