Forums - Nintendo - Super Nintendo World Plans Leak, Reveal Mario, DK, Kirby, Pokemon & Zelda Areas

Possible plans for the Super Nintendo World attractions at Universal Studios Florida have allegedly leaked. The plans are quite detailed, but may not be final and of course we’re assuming they’re real too.

The Super Nintendo World portion of the park looks to be split into several sections with a huge Super Mario World ride taking up most of the space. There’s also a Donkey Kong Island and Zelda’s Kingdom section as well.

Smaller sections include a Kirby’s Kid’s Playland (and what looks like a carousel), a Pokémon Training Academy area and an actual Princess Peach’s Castle as the entrance. There’s several Mario themed stores as well with World of Nintendo store and Mario & Luigi’s Pizza shop also on the design.

There’s more in-depth analysis on the leaks here from the source.

Even though Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Florida would open later than the Japanese one in 2020, the layout or at least contents of the World would probably be similar.

If true, I just wish the Pokemon area was bigger because Pokemon is every single bit as big and as popular as Mario, if not more.
Other than that, this looks terrific! Just what I wanted to here. And it's a fantastic start!
Personally, I'd rather it have been Nintendo's answer to Disneyland rather than a section in a Universl Park, but it's a start!

I think it's a good start.  It'd be quite ambitious to open their own park off the bat, so this seems like a great starting point.

"You should be banned. Youre clearly flaming the president and even his brother who you know nothing about. Dont be such a partisan hack"

Yeah. Their own, full-scale theme park would have put them in a "make or break" decision where if it tanked, they would have been in serious danger of going out of business. So, it's much smarter from a busniess and financial standpoint to just get their feet wet with it and gain more experience, finances, and grow to a point where they can pull it off much more comfortably.

Well... the whole park will be a Pokemon Go Pokestop, and they'll probably have special events too.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
