Fuck your summer. It's already at a point where I can't sleep without having a fan blast at me and it's only going to become worse. The only good thing here is that we're another month closer to Winter.

Wow, you are incredibly agreeable in this post.

I wish my winters were in double digit weather.

My summers are barely double digit weather...

It's not cold, wet and depressing in my flat. It's also not cooking me alive like summer.

Yeah but you have to leave your flat and as soon as you do... BANG cold, wet and depressing right in your face!

And besides, if you're sat round your flat not doing anything... the heat shouldn't bother you that much anyways. Plus, air con is a thing!

That also happens when I open up VGC but that never stopped me. I never understood the problem with cold weather. I mean sure, it's not pleasant but it's not like you have to endure it for hours. It's a slight inconvenience for a few minutes. It doesn't matter if it's 0° or -40°, cold is cold. That's why you go into warm places. In summer there is no escape unless you're one of the few people who own proper air conditioning. But air conditioning isn't nearly everywhere while warm places in the cold are.

Cold doesn't make you sweat and stinky.
Cold doesn't give you cancer.
Cold doesn't make your head dizzy.
Cold is easily solved by putting on more clothes.

People who break down just because they have to stand in the cold for a few seconds are weird.

BTW I live in a country where 99% of all households don't have air conditioning.

Ok? Pretty sure this has nothing to do with the topic. xD

I prefer Spring/Autumn around the 18c is ideal for me, when it starts getting into the high 20's in summer I die.

Amen! Bring on the cooler weather. Sadly our summer is just beginning :( 3 long months of sweating and sticky clothes. 😫

Heat doesn't make you cough and sneeze all the time.
Heat doesn't give you cancer either, does it? Isn't that the UV radiation in light? Considering you can get sunburnt just as badly, if not worse, in some very cold places that's certainly not a heat exclusive thing.
Neither does heat? I've not really heard of that before. I have heard of heat stroke, but isn't that only like for really old people
Heat is easily solved by putting on less clothes.

Sure hot weather isn't perfect by a long shot, but it beats cold weather at least! And if 99% of households don't have air conditioning... well then that's just 99% of households that are potential buyers of air conditioning!

Sickness makes you cough and sneeze, not cold. And cold doesn't cause sickness.
Sun is stronger in the summer and burns more. You get way faster sunburn in summer than in winter. Also because in winter you can put on clothes to protect from UV, which you can't in summer.
Heat Stroke is a real thing. There is no such thing as a cold stroke.
Let me see you take off more clothes when you're already naked and boiled alive.

Most flats are not built with air conditioning in mind and you cannot just install air conditioning without permission. If I could get air conditioning I would.

The point is, cold is very easily solvable while heat is not and also brings a lot of other problems.
