DriveClub, LittleBigPlanet 3, Knack, KillZone: Shadow Fall, Gravity Rush 2, Until Dawn, The Last Guardian, God of War III Remaster, Tearaway Unfolded, etc. 

Which is a shame, since most of these games are very well done. Tearaway Unfolded sales broke my heart... it deserved so much more.



Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

But then you can add huge sellers like God of war 4,  the last of us 2 and gran turismo.

All of them sold at least good...and some of those really great (Until Dawn, Killzone).

Except Tearaway Unfolded which did poorly but it's also not surprising at all.

Again, if that 1st party games are really so much popular and posting big numbers, we wouldn't had only one 1st party game that was actually heavily bundled in top 10 best selling PS4 games. Other interesting info, in top 30 best selling PS4 games, you have only 3 1st party games. Simple, because huge majority of PS4 owners dont care about Sony 1st party games, only U4 has bigger sales with attach rate above 10%.

Over 90% people bought Wii U because 1st party games, while majority people bought PS4 because 3rd party games, just look list of best selling games on Wii U or even Wii that had huge number of games, in both examples in top 10 best selling games you have 10 1st party games, in PS4 case just one game in top ten and one three in top 30.

Ps4 absolutely dominates console software sales.  It's a combination of insane third party sales and big first party sales.

Another comparison that show how much 3rd party games are much more popular than PS4 1st party games is, that PS4 has only 3 1st party games in top 30 best selling PS4 games, so its very obvious that huge majority of people is buying PS4 for 1st party games on 1st place.

TLOU, uncharted, Gran Turismo, horizon and God of war. That's 5 big franchises that people have already or will be buying Playstations for in future.
