Damn,golden week really made the switch stocks weak,Nintendo better stock up soon,especially before the release of splatoon 2

3DS had sold 15k same week last year, this year 18k ( also wow up ) ...

Not even New 2ds xl anticipation makes it to sell weekly yoy down? Maybe, it's too early.

Come on Japanese, New 2ds xl is the best 3DS ever and saves you 6000 yen!


I wonder if there are still people that care for 3D effect at this time...

This 3k is as much as 2ds sold  last week, probably without 2DS release 3DS would be flat...
I guess the majority that became ownrs of a 3DS family system by purchasing the 10000 yen 2DS wouldn't buy a 20000 new 3ds xl in case of Nintendo hadn't released 2DS in Japan too, even so late... Hence,  that was wise move!

Stock allocatements prioritised Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Release/Golden Week, leaving less stock for May, probably. Production increases will hopefully take effect soon in Summer.

Pretty bad week all round.

Tom clancy on ps4 this gen has been a Smash hit.  Both will hit over 200k retail only.  Rainbow 6 could probably end up 300k+ retail and 400k+ when you include digital.  Such a surprise success story this gen. 

Maybe Nintendo started making Splatoon 2 bundles, but I hope that will Nintendo not ship only around 25k until Splatoon 2 arrives, it's almost certain they will ship more units for ARMS launch at least..
