okay so theres been alot of threads on fav nintendo characters and such, and a couple on the legend of Zelda itself. Theres also the thing about the next installment being a darker version of previous games. If you had an input of the next LoZ game how would you like it to come out?

personally i quite like the idea of a darkened story of LoZ, maybe with the slight possibility of Link being semi-evil. i would also like for Link and Zelda to have a much more complex relationship, a more advanced version of i'm the hero and your the princess in distress. more of a love or hate story, that would be interesting. also a 3rd party with its own agenda would be cool as well and make for a longer quest, maybe another evil on top of that of ganondorfs...

these are just ideas floating around in my head whenever i think of the nezt zelda game. this thread isn't about whether is possible or ever gonna happen. its just for fun! lol

I liked the humour in WW though, If it has to be "dark" I at least want some humour.

Needs more guns and a main character that looks like America Joe Steroid.....jk. They've gone a lot of directions with the game and its hard to tell where to go. Perhaps doing some evil at some point may be cool(I have not played them all)

i didn't see that april fools one. but to be honest i wouldn't very much like a futuristic zelda, but it woul;d be a suprise and a complete sucker punch if they went in a direction like this

I like it too, a darker than average Legend of Zelda game, maybe even twice as dark as majora's mask and Twilight princess, a game that would be catorigized as horror, but don't know if it would ruin the series, I pretty much accept any Legend of Zelda made By Nintendo

I want a Zelda with two plots. One where you're Link, the other you're Zelda.

i remember before or after TP came out (i can't actually remember when) a reviewer was saying that they were hoping o one day get the chance to play as zelda in the game or one after it. i would love to play as zelda/shiek in a LoZ game

Industrial age. Technology vs Magic. You have better weapons , and could even use magic with them. Hyrule is starting to change toward technology , and abandon magic, and you must find a perfect balance.
