Lol, fake. Just zoom in on it, the MK8 switch box is falling off the hardware box edge. A poor Photoshop attempt. I also see a cheap drop shadow has been applied to the game case.

They took the game box out to showcase it's on a cartridge and not preinstalled on the picture. If you look at the second picture in the link you'll see the boxart for the neon switch with the boxart clearly painted onto the box.

Edit: well now the correct boxart is showing...
