Forums - Nintendo - How much would Nintendo hardware cost to produce without gimmicks?

I game for about an hour a day. Between work, sleep, my social life, other leisure activities, and just daily things like shopping and cooking, an hour's about all I can spare. These days, I actually dislike playing more than two hours at a time, it gives me that same yucky unhealthy feeling I get when I eat too much junk food.

Same here. I wake up and get ready for work around 430am and depending on the time of the year i get home anywhere between 5pm & 8pm. When i get home i shower, eat and spend time with the wife, kids & dogs. Once the kids are asleep i have maybe an hour, two at the most, to myself where i either work out, play games, read a book, or watch TV. Im in bed by 10pm and on my days off i try doing something fun with the family or work on stuff around the house.

I dont game everyday but when i do its typically for 1-2 hours. There is the random day here and there where i have nothing to do and might play for 3-4 hours but thats pretty rare and is basically only in the winter when work is slow and we mighy be shut down for a few weeks.

Around the Network

Damn. You guys all lead insanely busy lives. On days that I work, I get up eat breakfast, and rush to the gym. Back from the gym in about two hours. Then I spend the next four hours playing. Takes me 20 min to get ready for work. I eat three times a day. I do stop between gaming to eat, but that only takes me 15-20 min tops. On my days off I do the same thing, except I don't start playing until around 2pm. There's always chores to do, or I just read/brows the internet until then.

Again people using the word gimmick completely wrong.

If B doesn't = A, that doesn't make it a gimmick.

Nothing about the Switch mentioned in the original post is a gimmick.

What is a gimmick with the Switch? The click sounds, and the two different coloured Joycons on one of the models.

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
