If you like unbreakable you need to watch split

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, as a whole is a fantastic and fun film, Shane Black's best IMO. Tho Nice Guys is great as well. Usually anything by Wes Anderson is an underappreciated gem. Memento, a movie I personally consider Nolan's best (and the one that put him in the map) is so complete and fantastic that we use it as example of how plot structure in film class. Ed Wood, I'd put it amongst Depp and Burton's best. Great acting, writing and directing, but no one thinks about this film because no one saw it. Also, Martin Landau is amazing in it.
Absolutely fantastic and underrated. |
I think Memento is right there with Inception and the prestige, Nolan is a genius in terms of "wow factor"
never heard of kiss kiss bang bang but seems like a great ride, thanks!
So, it's not the best underappreciated movie of all time or anything like that, but I still find this to be a damn great movie that got less appreciation than it should have (I would have to think much more to find the "best" I could think, I guess xD)

It's some sort of pseudo-apocaliptic world (or like situation is disastrous, even though society still stands), where eight candidates come for the perfect job in their lifetimes, but they're faced with the fact that their exam sheet is totally blank. The movie then degenerates into what they start doing to face that issue.
Here's the trailer:

EDIT: even though you won't have context within the trailer, it is kinda spoiler-ish, so tread with caution.
EDIT 2: The movie is called Exam.

Circle.
No one talked about that movie but I found it to be really good. It's kind of like an episode of Black Mirror. It's on Netflix.

I have never seen anyone talking about this movie but to me it was a masterpiece of indie cinema, really unique and great film with an amazing soundtrack full of completely original songs and a very memorable character brilliantly performed by a guy that happens to be also the director, writter and composer of the film, John Cameron Mitchell, pure talent.
