Playing the game right now.

The animation and human models don´t bother me at all.

It plays and feels great.

I got a degree in animation and one of the key things they drove home in facial animation is the importance of the manipulation of eyebrows.. Now I see why lol

Edit: Also the eyes are too wide on most of them. 

If they just would have fined tuned these two things that'd actually have gone a long way in improving these fugly looking facial animations.

Eat your hearts out ND with that sublime couch scene this is what chemistry looks like in videogames. On a more serious note wtf is bioware thinking they used to be good in this sort of thing.

I'm sure the full game will be mostly fine with a few wth moments.

The worst thing imo it that the default female character tries so hard to be Ellie that she looks like she had about 20 operations gone wrong. Too much Botox and what's up with the Lana del Rey lips?
And then you realize this is a video game and they could have done literally anything with the character design and actively decided to go for this......

Wow, that is hilarious. Not just the poor animations but also the complete lack of any emotions. No one in this game gives a fuck. The devs obviously also didn't.

I will be very happily skipping this game.
