i doubt this will be bigger than The Witcher 3. but we might see a "The Last of Us" effect here.
Uncharted 2 shot up Naughty Dogs name up to stardom. and when TLoU hit it was super hyped because of the pedigree of the developer behind it. i think this might happen here. when CDPR show Cyberpunk everybody will be hyped because these are the guys who created the GOTG which is The Witcher 3. TLoU went on to sell around 10M~. so we will have to wait and see. but if CDPR wants this to outsell TW3, which sold 10M+ so far, they need to make an equally good game or better.
