We've played "I am Setsuna" in Japanese version on a Japanese Nintendo Switch : it includes english and french language (voices in japanese only)!!

All you have to do is to set up your Switch system in the appropriate language and voila (no language option in the game itself, the language has to be selected on your Switch system menu) !

Japanese version of the Nintendo Switch comes with multi language menu (english, french, spanish and more !), and here is the good news the system is REGION FREE. 
That's mean you can play japanese softs on your US or European Switch and vice versa.
Most of the softs in japanese version include multi language :

- The Legend of Zelda: BotW (Japanese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Russian)
- I am Setsuna (Japanese, English, French)
