Shinobi has heard the same about ongoing payment issues

This is horrible if true

That's sad news. I feel bad for the employees. Imagine what's going through your mind when you're at a company and you're not sure if you should wait it out or jump ship.

I hope they don't shut down for the sake of the jobs but I haven't really heard of a situation like this that didn't end in a closure (one that's always stuck in my mind is CrossGen Comics back in the mid-00s. They insisted they were fine even though they couldn't pay their employees)

Can't they be sued for this?

I can't imagine the financial pressure on the employees that live paycheck to paycheck.

I'm sure the employees could, but they'd be biting the hand that feeds them.

Ryze : Son of Rome was the last game they did? did it flop? They should have done a PS4 port too I guess.

You could but it be counterproductive.

I hope Crysis trilogy than that.

This really pisses me off. If they're not getting paid, they might as well go on strike, and either force Crytek to pay them or to declare bankruptcy.
