The N64 did indeed have some great games: Mario Kart 64, Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong 64, Super Mario 64, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye 007, Perfect Dark, Mario Party 1 &2, etc.
Bad deal, and I don't see how this even qualifies as a question to be honest, 5 games maybeeee, 7 games is even still a maybe depending on them, 10 games would probably turn it to a positive.
Rock Perfect Dark Zero came out on 360. Perfect Dark was on 64. Just nit picking.

What, exactly, are you asking here? Is someone offering to trade you their 360 pro with said games for your 40gig PS3? If so, jump on it. Immediately. The guy/gal is a fool. If you are asking someone to offer up such a trade, good luck...

Well, I can get Mass Effect, DMC4 Orange Box, CoD3, AC, GeoW on other console/PC
and we all know that Halo 3 is coming to PC.
so, really, there's no incentive. ;)
