Well, considering Xtreme 3 and all of the DLC for 5 it's safe to say that that probably won't happen.

Because its shallow.
Its unfortunate too, because the game is actually one of the easier fighters to get into. Also doesnt help that a spent quite a bit of time exclusive to XBOX platforms.
Probably same reason many dismiss Nintendo games.
They see Nintendo games and their art style and don't want to be seen playing a kiddy game.
They see DoA and see the TNA and don't want to be seen playing that by people.
It's a stigma. Doesn't matter how fun or great the game is. People see someone playing Nintendo and they say "Oh you still play those kiddy games." People see someone playing DoA and they say "Oh you like those boob physics."

There is a difference between Nintendo Stigma's and Dead or Alive. Tecmo has had TNA be the main selling point of DoA franchise since. Go look at its DLC.. its composed of what? DoA stigma is entirely Tecmo/Team Ninja's fault and quite frankly up untill recently they would more than likely gloat its the main seliing point.
The third entry of the Xtreme series was too barebones for a full priced game.

Kinda funny when they started their DOA 5 campaign with the "I'm a Fighter" slogan with indication of seeing the fighters actually taking the fighting seriously and such. Unfortunately, that kinda was thrown out the window once they started showing DLC costumes and features of the girls posing for the camera in bikinis and such.
And as for Xtreme 3, I don't really see why you buy this game imported for $70+ just to see TNA...unless you're really into that and willing to fork that kind of money for such a game. I'm sure you can find photos, images, and videos of game footage that could satisfy you without paying.

Agreed. Even if we're not talking about the gameplay, and just referring to DOA's strongest suit, the girls, SSB has Samus!
