Tbh I don't think the pro controller is even necessary, the Joycon grip looks like a good substitute

I payed $360 and so did my little brother for Switch and Zelda and I tend to buy more 3rd party games after launch

3D Land was bundled immediately, although in that case there were no other significant games on the 3DS yet. LOL most of you actually live on First/Second world countries, which got a decent price. Third world on the other hand

Nintendo Switch: $600 USD
Zelda: 80USD
Pro Controller: $100 USD
Now an avarage person here makes 12USD per day.... and like 70 per week...

Okay but it was still was bundled immediately which is all I said, assuming you're just trying to correct me since that's what 90% of your post entail. 3DS also got a huge price cut, so it went from from $250 to $200 + Game. Switch equivalent would be more like $250 + game, though I doubt we'll see both price cut and bundle, mainly because I expect Switch to do well enough. Although hopefully not too well that they end up doing neither price cut or bundle for some time like the Wii.
