Actually I do, and it's a huge pain because the only place where there's room for it is a closet, where I have to cram my games behind each other. What if I want a game that's behind the front row? It's horrible. Anyway, I suppose there are cases where thickness matters, but I still don't think people think about the thickness of a game case very often.
