Though I do wonder, is it better to have a frontloaded Launch lineup or a consistent lineup for the rest of 2017?

So we have to play the game in which we act like we don't know the intentions of otherts even when they are so obvious? I won't report him because I don't think he should be banned for that at all, but some consequence is needed I think, and I don't see other way appart form ignore it, which I have trouble with.

Several things -

1. An opinion can be refuted. If what he said was factual, then I'd agree. But, unless you're saying that it is, you can present a counter argument. If he is lying, explain how? What in his wording is deceptive? You can't say it's irrefutable and then try to dismantle it with "if a user is lying". Lying how?

2. There isn't a game, here. Many, many posters on this site don't stoop to a level of attacking a user personally that they don't agree with and get by just fine. You're capable of it, which then leads to...

3. (The Bold) If you have trouble ignoring something, then that is a situation you need to deal with on your own terms. 

4. If you know his intentions, then report it. If that is not something you'd prefer to do, then other options are available to you. Attacking him personally, however, isn't one of them.

Ok, I just think is too inocent to be reported yet too annoying to be ignored, but I'll try to ignore it in the future.

Ah yes, such as the PS4. What did it launch with again? Knack, Killzone and multiplatforms. Multiplatforms available on PS3, X360, PC, and XBO (just one week later).

Nintendo could be releasing the Switch with literally NOTHING and it will still sell well at launch. What comes after that is what we should worry about. Wii U had a great launch = biggest failure since Virtual Boy. 3DS had a moderate launch = decent success. DS had a fairly bad launch = 2nd biggest success ever.

So, yay two games?

It's a good plan, and if nothing gets delayed, it'll be one awesome 1st year, buuut, that doesn't change that the initial launch is still kinda weak...

I understand the need for a diverse software library but take a look at this.

Wii software sales end of 2006-8.4 million

Wii Sports sales end of 2006-2.5 million

Twilight Princess sales end of 2006-1.8 million

Wii U software sales end of 2012-4.5 million

Nintendo Land sales end of 2012-1.4 million

Mario Bros U sales end of 2012-1.3 million

Wii & Wii U each had 20+ titles at launch yet 50-60% of sales came from the 2 big 1st party launch games. That means the 20 or so 3rd party titles on each device averaged about 100-200k in the launch window or in other words most sold poorly.

Having a shit load of games available day 1 is a bit overrated and most games will be brushed aside for the big 1st party titles. On Switch, we will be looking at Zelda & 1-2 Switch dominating and like previous generations the 3rd party games will be fighting for the scraps.

Its better to have a few games day 1 with a steady flow of games in the following weeks/months instead of a shitload fighting each other day 1 and very little in the coming weeks/months.
