fuallmofus said: Finised the game and it kinda got back to the roots. But not really. The puzzles are ok, the map little small and too straight forward. I never had to make hard decision with inventory managment. Its more dumdown, but its ok. I never asked for hardcore games. But the story and especially the little girl syndrom like in FEAR. Is makeing me sick. It wasnt scary back then and especially not today. Whos idea was it should be k****. It has no original story but steal parts from all the horror gliches out there and its kinda shitty puted together. Thanks to those unskippable cutscenes i dont want to play it a second time. |
It's the new trend, you have to unlock hard mode first :/ In Madhouse you do have hard desicision with inventory management and those unskippable cutscenes become brief pauses where you can breathe for a second. You can skip the tapes the second time. Some of the pre-rendered cutscenes can be skipped but not the in engine onces.
But true, without VR I would not have played it a second time, probably not at all. With it I ended up with a total 52h play time according to ReNet, 5 playthroughs and the dlc survival game.
The stats have slowed down a lot, VR users is now at 121k, 9.35% of 1,295k registered players. I apparently walked 229km total, died 117 times, killed 535 (half of those from the survival mini game) It was the most fun platinum trophy to unlock. But all thanks to psvr. I could only play Ethan must die for 5 minutes. That doesn't support VR and was no fun at all :/
