Is this coming from an official source at Sony? Did Yoshida or Hirai say this at some point?

They acknowledged they haven't been able to meet demand and apologised.  I looked into it online and discovered there's a WW shortage for OLED screens.  Add 1+1 and you'll get either 2 or 11. It's common sense.

Common sense will tell us the sun orbits the Earth so it's not the most reliable means for truth.

Science have at the moment put that you can decide earth as the center of the universe that it wouldn't invalidate any of the physics know today.

It just came out in Japan?  I didn't know.

Anything to revive the home console business there is nice.

nah, PSVR released back in October in Japan, this is for a new shipment

Good for Sony. I doubt I'll buy one but still good for them.

In mine it has.  Have a better suggestion for the shortage let's hear it.

No but it would make modeling the movements within our solar system a lot more complicated, for starters.

Explaining a PSVR shortage or hesitance to release PSVR sales numbers are tasks best left up to Sony, not random strangers on the internet.

Considering all the movements involved in each planet orbit, sun, and how they go around other bodies... So not sure how much more complexity there is between Sun or earth as center.

The last picture is misleading. The date on the sign is October 13th. Unless they are reusing a sign that picture is from launch.
