So I started thinking about this, and I mean simply the video game world. You would not be the protagonist. You would not be the hero. You would be you, just in a different world. You wouldn't necessarily have any powers, unless everyone has/ can obtain, them in that world. You don't get any save/load, functionality, and if you die you die, unless the world prevents people from dying somehow. Remember that you are not the main character so, for example even though time-rewind powers exist in for example Life is Strange, you would not have such powers, like most normal people in that world.

Basically you'd be transported as yourself into a videogame world. If you want you can assume your family/friends are there as well.

So what video game world would you want to live in, while being yourself?

Had to look up what are those games, and while I am not sure how does the world function, I have to remind that you would still be you. Not the protagonist of the game. So if the game has all the girls falling for the protagonist they would not neccessarily also fall for you.

This is really not the discussion I wanted here, as obviously any game world where you could use cheats/superpowers, etc would be great. But the entire point here is that you can't have that as you are just a normal person in that universe. However, for the sake of discussion I'll humor you:

Is there any way for you to access those cheats from within the game world? You wouldn't have any menu or system console as you are a person in the world. Perhaps the protagonist could hypothetically access whatever cheats/powers/or even menu, but you are not the protagonist.

Essentially you got to think what game offers the most potential to the "any person". So for me it would easily be Xenoblade X. Every person has the ability to be the hero, and everyone is offered the chance to get an Ares 90 so long as they have the parts needed. Lightsabers, got em. Laser guns, got em. Mechs, Got em. And everyone has super abilities that I can't mention due to spoilers. City life also looks fairly normal outside of any ganglion and indigen run ins.

However my answer is still the same, Eorzea (final fantasy 14 a realm reborn) is easily where I'd love to live. The landscapes are stunning, diverse and magical, plus there's chocobos to ride around on and all sorts of beasts to go hunting.
