That's reassuring to know. I was worried the appeal was mostly to DQ fans. I've only played IX of the mainline games...and that one didn't really have any memorable characters. Or at least any that left an impact.

I didn't expect anything, I'm just surprised people think it looks bad because of the gameplay and not the power of the system itself. And do we have any idea whether the game is based on the Vita port?

And yeah it could be a shitty port but KT is a pretty good console developer, and they've made Hyrule Warriors, and these games are just musou games, they aren't really demanding or hard to port.

It sure as hell looks worse than the PS3 version and the switch is more powerful than the PS3 lol. Gameplay-wise, a muso game is a muso game, is a muso game. /shrug

edit: you are insane if you thought Hyrule Warriors looked good, they are not known to make super good looking games outside of DoA to start with. Even Other M looked like ass IMO.

Well, then you are wrong, cause the game looks worse than PS3 on the Switch and the Switch is more powerful, hence back to my point, shitty port is a shitty port, you can shit on the Switch all day for an obvious shitty port when we have already seen games looking hell of a lot better on the system, but when you are wrong, you are still wrong.

I don't get it, Switch version looks better than the PS3/PSV versions.

EDIT: Going by those screens, it actually looks like the Switch version is a port of the PS4 with less detail.
