If the demo is anything to go by, it may end up being one of the most stressful game I've ever played.
If you're going to play it with PSVR, well...
...It was nice knowing you.

Yeah. I played/finished the demo long before I tried it in VR. When I played it in VR, it was ten times worse and I already KNEW what was about to happen.
I was hearing all kinds of weird stuff. I was seeing things in my peripheral vision. Creepy shit was popping up and when I looked, it would be gone. I was in that house.
Don't know why anyone would want to subject themselves to that kind of stress. I can't wait!

You should leave the game/VR to someone in your will. Then when they die they can pass it in their will. |
RE7+PSVR is the gaming equivelant of the Ring video tape.
I have only tried horror demos on the Oculus Rift and HTC Vives, but even simple demos are terrifying to me, so I'm sure if you want to be terrified, VR + horror games is probably a pretty good way to do it.

Okay so having bought and played it,. all I can really say is.
RE7 experience on psvr is great, definitely a marquee title for the headset.
RE7 in general however, after how hyped i was about the original demo, is a monumental letdown, storyline and battle mechanics are trash, just becomes a borefest when you get a solid avoidance tactic down and stops being resident evil, just ends up being resident evil: dodgeball edition.
