So true.  Not even a graphic or artwork either ;)

Playing Xenoblade 2 before I buy Xenoblade 3 (otherwise I couldn't wait to play 3).

Can they announce a new Fire Emblem? A remake of Genealogy or Tellius would suffice !

I'm sad Echoes is not coming to the Switch too. I mean, it's great we're getting a new FE game, but I'd like to start having all of my games on the Switch.

I wish it was on the Switch too, but that would be much more expensive to make, so I see why they stuck to the system with a huge installed base.

Just like when they announced Breath of the Wild the first time. No title, hype in the roof.

It's funny because considering both predecessors, Awakening (and Fates to a degree), and Skyward Sword, I find just the mere mention of Breath of the Wild and this Fire Emblem as reasons not to get hyped.

So yeah, no, this doesn't do anything to me.

Why do people do this? These kneejerk reactions will only ended hurting you as a consumer more than helping. Yes, I am looking foward to the game. No, I won't be buying the system for a game I only know about very vaguely. Only a release year. I'm gonna buy the Switch regardless, but that's aside the point

It's not a kneejerk reaction.  I simply love Fire Emblem and I will probably buy a Switch when it releases if not before.

Until we get more info, I have no feelings about it.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

I don't it seems its too little information to impulse buy a console for; This isn't a Nintedo exclusive problem either but with the recent Swiitch  turnaround its slowly getting bothersome

Nice to know that a 'big' Switch game is coming in 2018, will be interesting to see gameplay when it is shown, maybe E3?

Funny how this serie almost die, then FE Awakening save it, now 4 games are coming in less than 2 years!

If there's one thing for Nintendo to continue carrying from this current gen to Switch is the upward momentum of FE. It's one of Nintendo's great triumphs of this generation as FE, as you said, almost died but now has seized its second chance. Hopefully other struggling/dormant franchises from the past can follow suit.
