Forgot to mention I take Prozac lol

I take much more sadly. :p

I take Venlafaxine, Risperidon, tranxene and some new medication I'm only on since this week, but I don't know what it's called. I'm getting a bone scintigraphy soon, so hopefully they find something there. Although I'm not really hopeful, since I've had this pain since 2011.

You don't know how important a good health is until you lose it. And it's especially frustrating when no one can seem to find out what exactly is wrong with you.

I really am sorry to hear that but hopefully since we found people struggling with depression that we can help build courage into each other and keep fighting. If you need help you know who to ask

If I can give you one tip: start excercising! Whether it's just walking or running, swimming, hitting the gym, etc. it will do wonders for both the body and mind. It will also improve your self-esteem.

If I don't play video games because I'm trying to catch up in life, lets say, then I end up feeling very depressed. I go through a lot of pangs in my chest because of stuff I don't want to get into. There is importance in finding a way to give yourself a break from reality.

This is exactly what I feel.

Sometimes reality is too dark to think about and imagination rings happiness to oneself.

Definitely. When I'm in reality I empty my mind. I had it refered to me as "Taking out the trash". Trash being any thought that takes me out of 'this' moment. There is a book and a movie called, "The Way of the Peaceful Warrior". It really changes lives. That, video games, and this https://www.cwhemp.com are the things that keep me in pursuit of happiness. Though I'm totally in pain and carrying the hurt until I find my version of success.

Do you think there is something you are waiting/searching for that can make you feel as though you are glad you are alive?

Welcome back~ :' ) I wondered for a long while where you were. Good to see you're back and you're doing well again.

Glad you recover and enjoy gaming again. I wish you all the best!

Yep, playing a game to get my mind off things has helped me in the past as well. Still helps come to think of it :)

Glad to see it helping you too. Welcome back!
