You know, the way an April Fools' joke works is it has to be plausible. For example, Thinkgeek, a few years ago, had some "joke products" they put on their site as April Fools' jokes - but they were believable, and people wanted them - lo and behold they became actual products.

MGS4 is a third party game not published by Sony so there is always the possibility that it could come to other consoles. In this case though it's unlikely as Sony either has already given Konami financial incentives (read: moneyhat or no console licensing fees or paying for advertising or whatever) in order to keep it exclusive on their system.

The day is done, so it doesn't matter. The best tricks are the ones you want to believe.
