Forums - Nintendo - (Rumor) Pikmin Switch Coming in 2017?

http://thisgengaming.com/2017/01/14/european-retailers-list-pikmin-world-for-nintendo-switch/

Looks like this may be a 2017 title.

That would be awesome.

Would make an already great year even better! This is either an E3 reveal or a surprise direct reveal.

For some reason I feel like Nintendo will drop games once in a while(like they have been doing so far with the Switch reveal and games) so that it keeps this momentum.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

People still think retail listings are accurate sources for leaks, lol?

I'm very concerned that Pikmin 4, whatever it is, is just a working title for that spin-off Arzest is making. I hope not.

The same store lists Assassin's Creed: Egypt for March 24th:

and Smash Bros. for Switch with no release date

I guess these are just guesses.

Most likely

Miyamoto said they had a near completed Pikmin game that's not the 3DS one so I think it's a safe prediction

Miyamoto said back in May of 2016 that pikmin 4 development was almost complete, is mostly a posibility that it would be out this year.

Honestly, I doubt it. Looking at Nintendo's release schedule so far, it looks like they're planning on spacing their releases out a little bit. If indeed Xenoblade 2 and Mario are this Holiday season, then Pikmin 4 will be early 2017 at the...earliest...

I expect that it'll be one of the two(tops) big games that they show at e3, though.

If it's true, I think having Pikmin in 2017 is pretty damn good and a good sign that a variety of Nintendo games are coming out in the Switch sooner than later.
