Looks like it'll be incredibly empty on both

Switch version definitely looks nicer, and does run better
But Wii U version will do :p

[3DS] Winter Playtimes [Wii U]
What happened with the colour palette on RII U everything looks so washed out
Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

What I got from this is that Link will be 30% whiter in the Wii U version.

It does lk better on Switch, but not enough to justify 400 € (console + Pro controller).
Wii U version for me.
Please excuse my bad English.
Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070
Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.
The Wii U version is from E3 2016 and the Switch version is essentially the launch version.
If you compared the latest versions of the two consoles they would probably look very similar. If you already have a Wii U, I don't see the need to rush out and buy a $300 console for marginally better graphics.
Didn't look much different but definitely the win for Switch. However timeline and the way it was captured are factors too. It would be interesting to know the size of the cartridge compared to the download size of the wii u version. Maybe they have added some count the balls in my sack mini-game to the Switch version but I'm not bothered about that. It's like a ps4 vs xbone comparison with the Switch being the ps4.
I think I will prefer playing it with the wii u pro controller and in the UK the wii u version is £10 cheaper for suggested retail price £49.99 vs £59.99 plus I won't be getting a Switch probably for a long time and would rather play it on release so wii u version for me. Pre-ordered yesterday.
wii u emulation is coming on fine too and perhaps we will see the wii u version upscaled to 4k etc.

The colour difference is caused by the WiiUs primitive ass limited RGB range.
We don't really know if the isn't just touched up a little because that WiiU footage is old now, but yeah in these it looks to be better at distant objects.
I've read that the switch version runs 900p/60 fps with occasional dips in the 50s. Can anyone confirm that?
If so, they really poured most of the Switches additional processing power into performance rather than visuals, wich is fine by me. Draw distance and AA look improved on Switch either way.
