Didn't look much different but definitely the win for Switch. However timeline and the way it was captured are factors too. It would be interesting to know the size of the cartridge compared to the download size of the wii u version. Maybe they have added some count the balls in my sack mini-game to the Switch version but I'm not bothered about that. It's like a ps4 vs xbone comparison with the Switch being the ps4.
I think I will prefer playing it with the wii u pro controller and in the UK the wii u version is £10 cheaper for suggested retail price £49.99 vs £59.99 plus I won't be getting a Switch probably for a long time and would rather play it on release so wii u version for me. Pre-ordered yesterday.
wii u emulation is coming on fine too and perhaps we will see the wii u version upscaled to 4k etc.
