Best Buy does charge you (I can vouch that via Paypal it just did take the funds). However I believe the cancel option is avaiable for some period of time if you change your mind (probably not closer to release though)

oh, thanks. looks like it may be available at Best Buy / Gamestop, but isn't listed on those sites yet. Will have to keep an eye out

I need to find a Pro controller pre-order.
Well I'm pre-orderd at best buy.
Now just have to buy a pro-controller at some time and get Zelda as well.
