Instead of replying to him, you could have come and discussed a stealth action (something I agree with you on, to a degree) and you wouldn't have been in trouble. In his case, it's something I'm going to discuss and handle myself.

After reviewing the COMG thread, you are absolutely correct that Kerotan circumvented the no-reply-rule by indirectly responding to you. There's nobody else who talked about the highest selling game of the generation, so there's no doubt whatsoever that Kerotan violated the rule first. After all, technically it's called the no-reply-rule, not the no-quote-rule; whether it's a quote, a reply with an @username or a reply that is directed at a certain person based on the context of the post, it shouldn't make a difference as everything ultimately qualifies as the same thing that should not be done. Since Kerotan verifiably threw the first stone, it's indefensible that you were the only one to get moderated.

While Kerotan didn't report you in this case, it was still someone who has it in for you. After all, a neutral person would have had no reason to report the post that got you banned.

Im surprised in this case it wasnt kerotan as he tends to be that person so i guess i cant blame him (this time) for reporting me. Though i do wonder who it was but we know i wont get that answer (i have a clue who it is lol)
