Isn't there a way just to like have them block each other from seeing their posts?

Okay, to be fair, if Kerotan is actually "stealth quoting" tbone, that is a pretty asshole behavior and rule breaking.
(By "stealth quoting" I obviously mean quoting someone, and then deleting the quote, so the person gets notified anyway.)

He hasn't outplayed anything, as he's moderated where appropriate. Like you. Plus, like Miguel noted to you, you received moderations several times for the same thing. Instead of replying to him, you could have come and discussed a stealth action (something I agree with you on, to a degree) and you wouldn't have been in trouble. In his case, it's something I'm going to discuss and handle myself. |
Im surprised you slightly agree with me and its a littlw funny how i have (well had now lol) could of stealth action.
Again to you and Miguel (and any other mod involved in this mess) im not blaming yall and i kno im obviously not helping (talking more of me keep being hard headed and quoting kero). I didnt use stealth tactics because thats not who i am. Anywayz hope you come up with something. Im trying my best not to even bother with him at this point

Nope he isnt doing that. Wow that would be sneaky lmao

If that is happening - I agree. I'm fairly sure "stealth quoting" in this context is responding to what someone says - without using the quote function. As opposed to quoting then deleting. |
Yes this (the latter)

I don't know how I am supposed to help you when you are doing a better job at it than I did. But there's one thing that I can do for you and that is to bring this post of yours back into the spotlight. After reviewing the COMG thread, you are absolutely correct that Kerotan circumvented the no-reply-rule by indirectly responding to you. There's nobody else who talked about the highest selling game of the generation, so there's no doubt whatsoever that Kerotan violated the rule first. After all, technically it's called the no-reply-rule, not the no-quote-rule; whether it's a quote, a reply with an @username or a reply that is directed at a certain person based on the context of the post, it shouldn't make a difference as everything ultimately qualifies as the same thing that should not be done. Since Kerotan verifiably threw the first stone, it's indefensible that you were the only one to get moderated. While Kerotan didn't report you in this case, it was still someone who has it in for you. After all, a neutral person would have had no reason to report the post that got you banned. |
Thanks your explanations are always better on the eyes. (I suck at it)
Im surprised in this case it wasnt kerotan as he tends to be that person so i guess i cant blame him (this time) for reporting me. Though i do wonder who it was but we know i wont get that answer (i have a clue who it is lol)

I feel as though you need to tell us your suspect(s) as it only adds to the integrity of this investigation.

I want this to be evidence as to how I am able to get the ball rolling in these investigations. After only a minute with me at the helm, the perpetrator was discovered.
