So i was recently banned. I forgot about the stupid "no talk justu" rule i have which at this point is beyond reasoning i guess. That said i want to get something clear.

So every1 knows about kerotan, he reports me every chance he gets because thats how he is. I accepted he is beyond help in that regard (even when he comes back he fires shots at the mods read his wall) Anywayz so my point is a user (me) gets banned only because that user (me) pushed the "quote" button correct? I mean if i didnt hit that button i wouldnt have gotteb banned am i right? Kero sees this, and hops on the "report" button like there is no tomorrow... Can we address this pls? Because last i checked were not suppose to quote each (stupid rule btw).

The only difference is him being slick and playing out the mods (which is either brilliant on his part or just plain dumb on the mods no offense) by not "directly" hitting that "quote" button on me. (Yet again the ban rule i always get hit with is uneffected by him)

This really needs to get addressed because i was banned i thinl 4 or 5 times with the same exact thing (first 2 in which i didnt even kno was in effect outside that 1 thread) with obviously him reporting me. And also stealth quoting me.

FYI i dont blame cgi (mod) for banning me directly. Its just kerotan gets away with bs all the time and still is unfortunate :(

I think the no quote rule is weird. Let the chips and bans fall where they may I say.

The conclusion? I had a reasonable argument explaining to him what he "STEALTH QUOTE" to me. I get banned, he doesnt? Only difference here is i pushed 1 button and he did not lol

It is weird. Look at my last post for what i mean with kerotan being a master at playing out the mods. Saddest part is he is the one reporting me. So he enjoys this obviously. And he thinks of himself as some sort of king... I guess that must be from being a frog :p

I can understand why it'd be hard for the mods to determine what to do, as it creates multiple variables and what-ifs by deciding to act on posts like that.

Yeah i understand. Im not saying im not in the wrong. As that rule is applied to myself and kerotan (and others) but its crazy how kerotan plays out the rules. The thing im upset about is the fact that any1 with eyes and knows kerotan can see kerotan gets off on this. He obviously has it out for me. I try to squash it b4 but he tried to report me for a joke i made which thankfully cqi didnt ban me for. (Was awhile back)

Well, I guess there's just some people that are good at tip-toeing the line without crossing it, which is obvious that Kerotan's good at.

Lets forget me getting in trouble. Lets say i deserve the ban. We are talking about this STEALTH QUOTING Kerotan does. It is in the rulea not to quote me yet he does in a way to be safe from the same rule. He knows this and i got banned multiple times (my fault for replying with the quote button) because i fell for the STEALTH QUOTE.

It can effect others in the future and he suffers no consequence for it (which he is not to do)

If there is one thing ill say positive about kero, is the fact he knows how to do this well. Its embarrassing imo that he does play the rules/mods out. Maybe they dont care? Not sure. He finally got addressed last month and is on a good path (for cover) for the time being. 

Ok let me put it like this. Ill from now on STEALTH QUOTE kerotan like he does me. Mods cant ban me obviously because i didn't hit that Quote button. Sounds fair?

So now me and kerotan dont have to worry about getting banned and now we are back to square one lmao.
