Is it OK to say something about white people that would clearly be taken as racism if it was said about other races?

I am sure you've come across or at least heard of black people calling each other "nigga" while it is a problem if a white person calls a black person "nigga". If a white person says it, it's condemned as racism. If a black person says it, it's more or less a part of everyday life.

The nigga rule can't only apply to black people though. If blacks can say things to blacks, then whites can say things to whites. This results in equal rights.

Nah in Ireland you can say nigga and it's not racist. People in other countries are way too sensitive about that.
