I figured. I heard great things about a game called 'icey' which is also by a Chinese developer. Chinese getting into the gaming scene it seems.

Looks like it's using Super FX. Anyway, the game looks pretty solid in the sense the trailer did not show gimmicky gameplay, but it also appears as the 13:th game in a dozen.
