I dislike sports games like Fifa and Madden. But I would never wish for them not to be on Nintendo systems since there are Nintendo fans that would like those games on the switch. So this is a pretty dick thing to say to people who would like to play the next Assassin's Creed on a Nintendo system.

I don't care about those people and neither should Nintendo.

I care about me and Nintendo's success and Nintendo doesn't need Ass Creed.

Ubisoft should be begging Nintendo to have AC. If Nintendo still had the seal of quality then AC wouldn't be anywhere near a Nintendo system.

I have an idea how Nintendo can make a quick buck. Announce a high profile third party game, e.g. Assassin's Creed, and then take a collection from rival fans to cancel the project. Assassin's Creed 2017 is a good start, since many people seem to think a rumored Switch version will hold the franchise back. Console partisans have deep pockets, after all.

Imagine how much the superfans would have paid to cancel Bayonetta 2 on WiiU! They'd probably pay more than the $260 it would cost to buy a WiiU and the game.

Its ideas like this that ultimately put the final nail in the coffin for third party Wii U support.

Hopefully Nintendo can get the marketing deal for this Assassin's Creed since one of the reasons why I would say some third party games bombed on Wii U was due to lack exposure. If they could get the marketing deal with this game like show it off during Nintendo directs and whatever they do during E3 and have the Switch version box front and center at the end of trailers and commercials that could definitely help sales for this version.

Nintendo's not being a dick anymore. True Nintendo fans don't need 3rd parties.
