The thing is the "Free" download you get of the game is just 3 levels and you will have completed it in less than 5 minutes, as such as a free download from the App store it is indeed a 1 star product.
If they wanted to distinguish it and stop the 9.99 version from getting hit with the bad reviews they could have had seperation between Demo/Full game for reviews, but then their "amazing downloads" figure would be less amazing when it comes to the actual $10 game so they didn't do that, they pool them all together.
