Oh trust me lol, I know how these end up from time to time and like you said, Ubisoft is a prime result of these.

We can hype it all we want, but I'm not expecting it to be on par with either PS4 or X1, but I'm also not expecting it to be on par with ultra settings that you'd get on PC either. I know things will be dialed down a bit, it's just that others out there are deliberately creating this weird image, where we all apprently expected it to be an absolute pwoerhouse and it being less destroys the system entirely.

It's also funny you mention the negativity, because each time Nintendo gets like a slither of good news, vultures swoop down and start posting the downsides and anything else that can be found. It becomes par the course on here after a while, but it's not like things will change, especially when you let the vultures roost on their perch.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Dont worry if it's good people will buy it if it's not people will not buy it. It simple as that, no gaming forum will change that no matter how hard people trash some product. Forum exist to satisfied people mind and express their idea. The product success are determidne by them self not just some gaming forum :).

Absolutely. Had it been announced as an Xbox exclusive, no one would be interested, and conversely no one would worry about its apparent issues.

And I agree. It looks like this is a game that might never materialize. The way it seems to me, it's barely scraping by as a visual demo, even when running on PC hardware.

Well for what it's worth, what they showed isn't entirely unreasonable for the Switch (at least in docked mode). From what we've seen so far it appears to be running at 1280x585, which is about 36% of 1080p. If the X1 can run stuff like Gears 4 at 1080p, a docked switch should be able to run SoH at what is effectively sub-HD.
