Absolutely. Had it been announced as an Xbox exclusive, no one would be interested, and conversely no one would worry about its apparent issues.
And I agree. It looks like this is a game that might never materialize. The way it seems to me, it's barely scraping by as a visual demo, even when running on PC hardware.
